How the moon may be impacting your sleep
The 3AW Breakfast team arrived at work in the early hours of Monday morning and something was quickly established.

Quarters and Emily Power, filling in for Ross and Russel, wanted to find out more on Wednesday.
They spoke about the issue with Christian Benedict, Researcher at the Department of Neuroscience at Uppsala University, in Sweden.
