Wineries slammed for “disappointing” conduct

Ideal seasonal conditions throughout the vintage has delivered big yields for Murray Valley wine grape growers.

The season will come in at about 370 thousand tonnes combined for red and white varieties.

Big yields are being offset by lower prices for red varieties, with the conduct of the major wineries being described as disappointing.
