For a plant with very vibrant bracts (in purple, white, rose pink), bougainvilleas are small growing, reaching up to 50 ? 60 cms.
They can be grown in a pot, or well drained spot in the garden and in full sun.
Once flowering is finished prune lightly and feed with a complete fertilizer.
