Berwick retailer remains adamant ‘he won’t pay’ lockdown fine

A Berwick retailer who attracted attention for opening his clothing store during Stage 4 lockdown admits he was “shocked” to actually receive the $9913 fine from police.
But he is remaining defiant.
“No, I won’t be paying the fine,” Harry Hutchinson told Dee Dee Dunleavy.
