Why there’s been a massive surge in private tutoring
The number school kids taking up private tutoring has exploded as families try to make up for lost time in the classroom this year due to COVID-19.
Thousands of Victorian students have signed up for a tutor since the lockdown.
“It doesn’t surprise me,” Mohan Dhall, chief executive of the Australian Tutoring Association, told Ross and Russel.
