Bulldogs midfielder Josh Dunkley has requested a trade to Essendon his manager Liam Pickering has confirmed.
Rumours had been swirling this trade period that the 23-year-old was keen to go, and had been left frustrated by limited time in the midfield this year.
The 2016 premiership winner still has two years on his contract remaining.
