Police have charged 18 people in Victoria with murder in the past five days.
Nine teenagers, the youngest aged just 13, are among 11 people charged with the murder of a teenager at Deer Park.
John ‘Sly’ Silvester said it’s “frightening”.
“It’s been a staggering week for homicide,” he said.
