Cyclist hit fleeing police on Sydney Road, Coburg

A cyclist who allegedly tried to flee from police at Coburg has suffered head injuries after being hit by a car.
Police said they wanted to speak with the man in relation to outstanding warrants.
But he fled when they approached and was struck by a car on busy Sydney Road.
